TTTC 033 & MtS 214 - Party Animal Birthday

Hello and welcome back! I made a few birthday cards today for some friends who have their special day coming up this week.

I used mostly retired product on this card - the Balloon Adventures stamp set, the Party Animal DSP, the Emerald Envy ribbon, and the Washi Tape punch. I really miss this punch! I added just a bit of Clear Wink of Stella on the blue balloon and the blue dots in the DSP.

This card is for the challenges at Tic Tac Toe Challenges (left column - sentiment, free, and ribbon) and Match the Sketch.
