Hello and welcome back! Here's today's card:
This design was inspired by the sketch challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches, the theme challenge at the Paper Players, and the colors at Sunday Stamps.
Most of the products I used on this card are retired, but I don't think I've ever inked these stamp sets. The lemon was stamped in Daffodil Delight and the seeds were stamped in Whisper White Craft ink and heat embossed with white powder. The leaves are stamped in Granny Apple Green and I colored some Clear Epoxy Shapes with the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend before adding them to the card front. Now I've got a juicy lemon slice!
I stamped the sentiment in Granny Apple Green, punched it out with the Washi Label Punch, and then ran the Granny Apple Green Stampin' Write Marker around the edge to give it some definition.
Thanks for stopping by, and happy stamping!

Now I'm thirsty for some lemonade, Cindi! That lemon slice, the embossed seeds, and the lemon juice drips are fabulous! Thanks for sharing it with us at The Paper Players.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Cindi! Love the pop of gingham and the texture from the ribbon, too. Thanks so much for joining us this week over at The Paper Players!

ReplyDeleteThis card is the "sweetest!!" Your stamped lemon slice is perfect and what a genius idea it was to add those drips of juice using the epoxy shapes too. Thank you so much for sharing with us at CC&S :)
