Sentimental Park Birthday

Hello and welcome back! Here's today's card:

This design was inspired by the following challenges: Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge, Hand Stamped Sentiments, and Tic Tac Toe Challenge (center row - floral/foliage, free, pastel colors).

I created the striped background using some "vintage" DSP that has a resist pattern on it. I used sponge daubers to bring out the stripes in the three colors of the Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge. The label was cut from Pear Pizzazz and the flowers were added in Fresh Freesia and Balmy Blue.

Thanks for stopping by, and happy stamping!

--Cindi

  5. So genius, Cindi - I think I have some of this paper stashed somewhere, too - how is it I never thought of multiple colors for the stripes? Brilliant! Love the look of it in our colors! Thanks so much for playing at Hand Stamped Sentiments!
