Kind Koala

Hello and welcome back! Here's today's card:

This card was inspired by the Double Trouble Challenge for this week.

I stamped the koala image on kraft paper and colored it in with Watercolor Pencils. The focal image is layered with Soft Sky cardstock and Foil Frenzy Specialty DSP on a Soft Sky card base. I added a bit of Soft Sky seam binding tied around the center and stuck an Iridescent Rhinestone onto the flower center. The corners of the DSP are trimmed to match the die cut.

Thanks for stopping by, and happy stamping!

PCCCS 126 - Sketch Challenge

Hello again! Today I decided to enter a new challenge for me - the challenge at Paper Craft Crew! Here is this week's sketch:

And here's my card:

PCCCS126

I used my Color Coach to come up with the combo of Hello Honey, Pool Party, and Basic Gray. I stamped the Kind Koala with Basic Gray ink, and colored his ears with a Pink Pirouette marker. I stamped extra flowers, which are colored with Pool Party and Hello Honey, and layered them onto the stamped image. I attached the star clip with a glue dot rather than clipping it onto the paper because I like the look of the little swirl in the center.

I hope you like this!

Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!

Cindi
