Sending Smiles

Hello and welcome back! According to my Sandra Boynton "Every Day's a Fabulous Holiday" calendar, today is Hot Air Balloon Day. So naturally, today's card features a hot air balloon!

I used the challenge at Try Stampin' on Tuesday for inspiration - the sketch for the design and the optional pattern mixing. I also entered the card at Double Trouble Challenges.

Once again, this card went together pretty easily. The DSP coordinated with the stamp set and I used the coordinating die set to cut the balloon. Layering Circles and Nested Labels completed the design, with a few rhinestones added for bling!

I'm hoping to make cards for a few more of those "fabulous" holidays, but a couple of them might be tricky. I might have to skip "National Earl Day"!

Thanks for stopping by, and happy stamping!

--Cindi
