Hello and welcome back! Here's today's card:
This card was inspired by the challenges at As You See It and Just Add Ink.
This is another pretty straightforward card. The DSP was layered onto Night of Navy cardstock, then the ribbon was wrapped around and tied in a knot. (The navy scalloped circle was cut from the base layer before adhering the DSP. It's a great way to conserve your cardstock!) The cake was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Stampin' Blends before die cutting the circle and layering it onto the navy circle. The sentiment is stamped in Night of Navy.
Thanks for stopping by, and happy stamping!

ReplyDeleteHow pretty is that cake! Good enough to eat. The polka dot dsp is a cute backdrop for it while the dark scallop edge frames it nicely. Thanks for joining us at As You See It Challenge.
ReplyDeleteI love the way the pink and red make up the image and the blues are the background and embellishments. That's a great way to tame those bold colours. Thanks for using our palette at As You See It Challenges!
